Cause Analysis
(1) Packaging materials
Poor barrier properties-packaging materials have a high permeability to oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, air and other gases (that is, low barrier properties), resulting in a relatively large amount of oxygen (or air) that penetrates into the package and the loss of nitrogen in the package high.
Poor rub resistance-for aluminum-containing material (aluminum foil or aluminized film) packaging composite film, if the packaging material has poor rub resistance, when it is rubbed or squeezed by external force, it is easy to form creases and pinholes Other problems have caused the barrier properties of the packaging materials used in nut products to decrease.
Poor puncture resistance-some nut products have a sharper shell, which will produce a certain puncture force on the packaging bag. If the puncture resistance of the package is poor, air leakage is likely to occur.
(2) Finished product packaging production process
Poor airtightness-the bag body or heat-sealed part of the finished nut product package is prone to air leakage under a certain pressure or long-term storage, especially the sealing quality of the heat-sealed part is poor, such as the heat-sealing strength is too low Or it is too high and the intensity of the hot air is uneven, and air leakage is more likely to occur.
Packaging recommendations
——Pay attention to the monitoring of the oxygen permeability, nitrogen permeability, air permeability, oxygen permeability after kneading, sealing performance (negative pressure method), heat sealing strength, puncture resistance and other properties of packaging materials.
——Adjust the parameters of the heat-sealing machine to improve the sealing performance of the heat-sealed parts; select packaging materials with high barrier properties, good rub resistance and strong puncture resistance or improve the quality of existing packaging materials.
